Subsidiaries and Affiliates

Remarks : Significant change in the shareholding structure in subsidiaries and affiliates from 1 January 2023 to 10 September 2024

(1) March 31^st, 2023 : PTT Phenol Co.,Ltd. (Phenol) and GC Oxirane Co.,Ltd. (GCO) have already registered their dissolutions.

(2) September 5^th, 2023 : PTTGC Innovation America Corporation (GCIA) changed the company’s name to GC America Sustainability Corporation (GCAS) and PTTGC America Corporation (GCA Corp) currently hold 100% share of GCAS

(3) December 20^th, 2023 : The company sold 50% of shares in GC Logistics Solutions Company Limited (GCL) to WHA Venture Holding Company Limited (WHAVH). As a result, GC currently holds 50% of GCL shares and changed from subsidiary company to joint venture company.

(4) In 2024, GCM Polymer Trading DMCC will file for company dissolution.

(5) June 25^th, 2024 : The company sold 20% of shares in PTT Digital Solutions Company Limited (PTT Digital) to Modulus Venture Company Limited (Modulus). As a result, GC currently holds 20% of PTT Digital shares

(6) September 5^th, 2024 : GC Logistics Solutions Company Limited (GCL) changed the company’s name to WHA GC Logistics Company Limited (WGCL)
