The payment was derived from the retained earnings which was subject to corporate income tax of 15% whereby individual shareholders are entitled to claim tax credit equaling the product of dividend times 15/85. (2) Dividend payment of Baht 0.23 per share. The payment was derived from the retained earnings which was subject to corporate income tax of 30% whereby individual shareholders are entitled to claim tax credit equaling the product of dividend times 30/70.
