PTTGC's Board of Directors Meeting No. 1/2011, held on October 19, 2011, had resolved that the dividend policy of the Company is
“to pay dividend at a rate of no less than 30% of net profit after tax and allocation to all reserve funds of the Company, such payment of dividend being subject to investment plan other necessity and appropriate consideration in the future.”

*** The Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting No. 2/2020 held on February 17, 2063, passed the resolution to propose the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval on the dividend payment for the year 2019 operating performance of Baht 2.00 per share or 77% of the net profit of consolidated financial statementsof which Baht 1.00 per share was paid as an interim dividend on Septembertember 13, 2019 and the final dividend payment will be Baht 1.00 per share. However, the right to receive dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
**** The Company’s Board of Directors at the meeting no. 10/2023 held on August 21, 2023, has approved a resolution for the no payment of interim dividend for the first 6 months period of 2023 from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023.
(1) The Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 2/2021 held on February 15, 2021, agreed to propose the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to consider and approve on the dividend payment for the year 2020 operating performance of Baht 1.00 per share, or dividend payout ratio of over 200% of the net profit of consolidated financial statements. No interim dividend was paid, and the final dividend payment of Baht 1.00 per share is to be proposed to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
