On May 12, 2023, Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, CEO, Ms. Pattaralada SaNgasang, Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Mr. Siridech Kumvongdee, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Commercial and Supply Chain jointly presented the results of the first quarter of the year 2023 in the Analyst Meeting, which was live broadcasted via Microsoft Teams.

GC announces the results of the first quarter of the year 2023, with total revenue from sales amounting to 147,248 million baht, an increase of 18% compared to the fourth quarter of 2022. The revenue for this quarter was mainly supported by increased sales volume after the completion of planned maintenance in the previous quarter, along with higher average petrochemical product prices in line with the gradual recovery after the reopening of the Chinese market. The Adjusted EBITDA stood at 9,530 million baht, representing an increase of 82% compared to the fourth quarter of 2022.

In addition, Mrs. Rattiya Chandavasu, Senior Vice President of Specialty Business gave a presentation on "Knowledge Sharing: Key Drivers of Specialty Chemicals" to provide analysts with an overview of allnex's Specialty Chemicals business. The presentation aimed to enhance understanding of the Specialty Chemicals business and highlight the factors contributing to its success in terms of R&D and Innovation, Tech service, and Product Portfolio. It also mentioned the collaboration between GC and allnex in driving R&D through the Thailand Innovation Hub located at GC's Research Center, Rayong province.
