On March 6, 2024, Miss Pimphattra Wichaikul, Minister of Industry, presided over the presentation of the 2023 Leadership Excellence Award to the executives of GC. The award recipients are as follows. Mr. Pornsak Mongkoltrirat, Executive Vice President: Polymers Business Unit at GC, received the Thailand Quality Class Plus (TQC+): Operation award in the Ethylene Oxide Business Unit (EOB-BU) for the year 2018, Mr. Paisarn Sarapee, Senior Vice President: EO and Derivatives at GC, received the TQC+ Operation award in the Phenol Business Unit (PHN-BU) for the year 2019, and Mr. Sawat Trongdilokrat, Senior Vice President: Phenol and Derivatives of GC, received the TQC+ Operation award in the Phenol Business Unit (PHN-BU) for the year 2022.

These awards honor organizational leaders who champion the implementation of National Quality Award standards in their management practices, leading to operations that meet or exceed world-class standards. This approach is inspired by models from the United States, marking another significant milestone and source of pride for GC.
