GC provides InnoPlus water tanks to the Five Provinces Bordering Forest Preservation Foundation to help drought-affected areas
Since 2014, GC has been supporting the “GC Sharing Kindness for Thais in Fighting Drought (GC Punnamjai Pue Khonthai Su Pailaeng)” project, which helps areas affected by drought and a shortage of water tanks. The company provides InnoPlus water tanks, made from special grade LLDPE resin, in cooperation with the government sector, schools and charitable organizations. On June 25, 2020, Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer and Dr. Chaya Chandavasu, Senior Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Branding, provided 200 InnoPlus water tanks to the Five Provinces Bordering Forest Preservation Foundation (covering Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Sa Kaeo in the eastern region) to help drought-affected areas in all five provinces. General Prawit Wongsuwon, the chairman of the foundation, accepted the donation at the foundation’s offices at the Battalion Infantryman 1st, Infantry Regiment 1st, Palace Guard Division in Bangkok.
