PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, or GC, represented by Mr. Patiparn Sukorndhaman, Chief Operating Officer of the Downstream Petrochemical Business, was recently presented with the “Best Public Company of the Year 2019” Award in the industry commodity category by Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak, as part of the Money & Banking Awards 2019 organized by Money & Banking Magazine. The awards ceremony was held on July 10, 2019, at the Athenee Hotel in Bangkok.

The Money & Banking Awards recognize companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The judging criteria, which meet international standards, reflect an overview of the company’s management effectiveness and considers four key factors: business size, profitability, return on investment, and liquidity on investment. This is the fourth consecutive year GC has received the award.
