Khun Praset Bunsumpun, Chairman of the Board, Khun Supattanapong Punmeechaow, President & Chief Executive Officer and the Company’s Director, together with executives and staff members of PTT Global Chemical PCL, provided reception and answered shareholders’ queries in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 5, 2017 at Bangkok Convention Center, 5^th Floor, Central Plaza Ladprao. Key discussion topics of the meeting featured the announcement of 2016 operating performance, approval of several legal matters, including the approval of dividend payment for 2016 at the rate of 2.85 Baht per share, which the Company already made an interim payment on September 20, 2016 at the rate of 1.05 Baht per share, leaving the remaining amount to be paid out at 1.80 Baht per share, which was scheduled to be paid on April 25, 2017. Other key matters discussed in the meeting were the approval of share acquisition, transfer of rights and duties under the agreement between shareholders, loan agreement and submission of studies for companies operating the petrochemical business; specifically, propylene chain, biochemical chain and related service businesses. On this occasion, a large number of shareholders attended the meeting on their own and assigned proxies to attend on their behalf.
