On 17 February 2012 at Board meeting room of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC), 18th floor, Mr. Prasert Bunsumpun as Chairman of PTT Global Chemical, presided over a ceremony to present "Corporate Governance & Business Code of Conduct Handbook" to the Board of Directors of PTT Global Chemical. Mr. Prasert also officially signed the Acknowledgement and Conformity Form on the Handbook to formally demonstrate his consent to observe the principles, the policies and the code of conduct appearing therein as practical guidelines towards the highest standard of operation and to set an example that the good corporate governance policy is fully and sustainably observed by all personnel of PTT Global Chemical.
