This year, PTT Global Chemical brand, with the brand's worth Baht 44,432 million, is the highest value corporate brand in the industrial category. The committee used the tool called "Corporate Brand Success Valuation" or CBS Valuation which is the integration of the marketing, finance, and accounting principles. It is the first quantitative brand value assessment tool in Thailand which is used to evaluate the corporate brand value among 432 listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand based on 3-year dated back of operating results of listed companies within 8 industrial sectors.
At present, the research of the corporate brand success valuation is published in The International Journal of Business Strategy, an academic journal of the United States of America.
