Mr.Bowon Vongsinudom, President of PTT Global Chemical Plc (PTTGC) received Platts Top 250 Asia Awards at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, on October 23, 2012. PTTGC was given 2012 Global Energy Awards: Finalist in Stewardship Award: Corporate Social Responsibility for its project to conserve and restore biological diversity on Khao Huay Mahad, Rayong. The project reflects PTTGC's continuous efforts in its Corporate Social Responsibility work. This particular project was also selected for Platts: Excellence Awards in Corporate Social Responsibility, another award at the international level, of which the award presentation ceremony will be held in New York, USA, on November 29, 2012.
