Mr. Supattanapong Punmeechaow, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Global Chemical PCL (PTTGC) was presented 2 sustainability awards from Mr. Apisak Tantivorawong, Minister of Finance. These awards are: SET Sustainability Awards 2015, whereby PTTGC was one of the 9 companies being recognized for its excellence in serving as a prototype for sustainable business operations, and Thailand Sustainability Investment Awards. The event was held on October 16, 2015 at Professor Sangvian Indaravijaya Conference Hall, the Stock Exchange of Thailand Building.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) hosted this sustainability award ceremony for the purpose of honoring and appreciating the listed companies that emphasized on sustainable business operations, which is a significant factor in enhancing the competitive edge and potential for business growth. Furthermore, it has become SET’s determination to encourage Thai listed companies to operate businesses with considerations to economic, social and environmental balances, as well as compliance to the principle of corporate governance on a continuous basis.
