Mr. Prasert Bunsumpun, Chairman, PTT Global Chemical PLC received the Investors’ Choice Award 2016, upon full 100 scores from the assessment of the effectiveness in the arrangement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for 5 consecutive years (2012-2016) from Dr. Chaiwat Wiboonsawat, Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Mrs. Wachira Na Ranong, President of Thai Investors Association. The award presentation ceremony was hosted by Thai Investors Association, with the objective of reflecting the significance of information disclosure and the listed companies’ equal emphasis placed upon each and every shareholder. The event was held at Sukree Kaewcharoen Convention Room, Stock Exchange of Thailand Building, on July 27, 2016.

In this regard, from 2017 onwards, the AGM assessment criteria will be more intensively enhanced in order to keep up with the international standards.
