Khun Supattanapong Punmeechaow, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Global Chemical PLC, was the guest of honor in the shareholders agreement signing ceremony between Solution Creation Company Limited, a subsidiary of PTTGC and TPBI International Company Limited and Myanmar Star Group Company Limited, with Khun Patiparn Sukorndhaman, Executive Vice President – Downstream Petrochemical Business and Chairman of the Board of Solution Creation Company Limited, and Khun Kittipong Limsuwannaroj, Managing Director, Solution Creation Company Limited, together with Khun Somsak Borisutthanakul, Chief Executive Officer, Khun Wichai Borisutthanakul, Director of TPBI International Company Limited and Mr. Kyaw Myint, Managing Director, Myanmar Star Group Company Limited, co-signing the agreement on August 17, 2017 at Board Meeting Room, Floor 18, Building A, Energy Complex.

The purpose of signing this agreement is to establish a joint venture entity in Myanmar to operate the plastic modelling plant business for production and distribution in Myanmar, as part of the Company’s direction and strategy, by way of supporting investment initiatives, expanding the business and encouraging the development of polymer products in CLMV countries.
