The Dream Chaser Project is an initiative aimed at preparing and motivating high school students from over 10 schools in Rayong province to pursue their dream careers. This project is a collaborative effort between GC Group, the Rayong Provincial Employment Office, Burapha University, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok - Rayong Campus, and Rayong Technical School.

Participating students will have the opportunity to explore various career options, gain inspiration, and receive guidance on how to prepare for entering the workforce directly from industry professionals with real-world experience. The project has attracted significant interest, with 1,197 students actively engaging in the activities.
