This is in order to enhance the effectiveness of the management and administration of companies within the group, which will in turn increase fluency and support the sustainable growth of the business. The Company would like to inform that on July 1, 2103, the entire business transfer of BPE and PTTPE to the Company is effective under the law and the Company will proceed with the dissolution of BPE and PTTPE. Such transaction is not considered as a connected transaction and the size of the transaction does not qualify it as a significant transaction in category of acquisition or disposition of assets of the listed company.
